Refund and Cancellation

No Refund Policy

All course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

This policy is in place because:

• Our programs include structured learning resources
• Access to course materials is granted immediately after enrollment
• Seats in live sessions and internship programs are limited

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptional Cases

In rare and genuine circumstances, refund requests may be considered.

These may include:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical errors in transaction
• Inability to access the program due to system issues (on our end)

Any such requests will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of DigitalNeurals Academy.

Refund Request Process

If you believe your case qualifies, you must:

• Submit a request within 3 days of payment
• Provide valid proof and explanation
• Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Non-Eligible Cases for Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind after enrollment
• Lack of time or commitment
• Failure to attend sessions
• Not achieving expected results
• Misunderstanding of course content (after enrollment)

Results depend on your effort and consistency.

Course Access Policy

• Once access is granted, it cannot be revoked or reversed
• Access to course materials may be restricted in case of policy violations

No Guarantee of Results

We are committed to providing quality training and guidance. However:

• We do not guarantee job placement
• We do not guarantee income or earnings
• Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and application of skills

We provide the system and support, your results depend on your execution.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our terms.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend access
• Take necessary action to resolve the dispute
